All Forklift and Plant training is carried out in compliance with the
Health and Safety at Work Act 1974;
Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER);
Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER)

All Forklift Truck training is also carried out in accordance with the
Approved Code of Practice L117
